An exclusive bottling created for our French distribution partner. This Special Edition Single Malt has been aged in Oloroso Sherry butts for 5 years and finished in Pedro Ximénez Spinola 1918 Casks. A limited release of 2,000 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Rich dried fruits, dark sherry and warm baking spices.
Palate
Layers of sweet sultanas, raisins and figs fold into stewed orchard fruits, lifted by bright citrus. Opulent notes of treacle intertwine with the warmth of soft baking spices — vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish
Sumptuous raisin and fig linger indulgently, carried by the warmth of nutmeg and dark treacle.
