Matured to perfection on Achill Island, Co Mayo. This rare island whiskey is the first Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey to be distilled, matured and bottled on an island. Filtered using a non-chill filtration process, this allows the flavour of the whiskey to be completely natural, with a taste and character that is a true reflection of the ageing process. Inspired by the boglands of Achill, this Peated Irish Whiskey is a smooth Single Malt with a delicate smokiness and a sweet taste.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Gentle, inviting notes of peat smoke with a sweet malt undertone.
Palate
A sweet malt character and caramel tones develop into a delicate smokiness.

Well-balanced, lingering finish with a gentle warmth.
