Using the finest Irish malted barley, Achill Island Single Malt Bourbon Cask is triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured on Achill Island in first fill Kentucky bourbon barrels. Filtered using a non-chill filtration process, this allows the flavour of the whiskey to be completely natural. This Bourbon cask release from Achill Island Distillers is a sweet and smooth Single Malt with an abundance of flavour.
