Distilled, matured and bottled on Achill Island, this is Ireland's first Island Pot Still Whiskey. This Single Pot Still Whiskey has been aged in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. The whiskey has a velvety smooth mouthfeel with peaches and cream on entry, develops into a richer stone fruit flavour and finishes with a delightful molasses sweetness with just a touch of liquorice.

Nose
A vibrant nose with enticing aromas of fig and peaches, followed by wonderful honey notes and a toasted oak spice.
Palate
Velvety smooth mouthfeel with peaches and cream on entry, developing into richer stone fruit flavours.
